Hello,

Anderson CHANDLER, born about 1787 in NC, married Marcia ANDERSON in March 1811 in Person County, North Carolina. They settled in Fayette County, Illinois by 1824.

Children:

1. William CHANDLER; married Sarah Webster BOAZ (my line).

2. Atkinson CHANDLER; married first Charlotte HENDERSON; second Mary Louisa BECK.

3. Thomas CHANDLER; married Martha AUSTIN.

4. Nathaniel CHANDLER; married first Lavina BECK; second Margaret Ann TITUS.

5. James Madison CHANDLER; married first Martha BECK; second Helen COOK; third Mary Jane WOOD.

6. Julia Ann CHANDLER; married first Zela F. DYCUS; second Thomas JACKSON.

7. David CHANDLER (died unmarried in his youth).

I am interested in corresponding with any descendants. I would be particularly interested in contacting any direct male-line descendants (one bearing the surname of CHANDLER) who might be willing to participate in the Chandler Family Associationís DNA project, which would help to determine the parentage of Anderson CHANDLER.
