Hi Donald: I only have access to the information in the Heritage Series of books, 3 volumes published by our local Historical Society. I didn't find any information there about your McNeills. However, you need to be aware that Person County was formed in 1792 and records prior to that time would be in Caswell County, from which Person County was formed. Since you are looking for family that were probably Caswell County residents, you would be more likely to find their records there. Their county seat is Yanceyville and there is an active Historical Society there that you could contact. Good luck and sorry I couldn't be more help! Karen
