Granville, Caswell, John Vaughan, Drusilla & Zachariah Vaughan

There is a woman aged 45+ on the 1800 census of Person Co., NC whose name looks like "Duilla." Is this the same person as Drusilla, wife of Zachariah Vaughan who died in 1792 in Person Co., Nc? Can anyone tell me how Drusilla is connected to Granville/Granvil, Caswell, and John Vaughan? Granvil (26-45)appears near "Duilla" on the 1800 census of Person Co. Caswell and John do not appear until until the census of 1810, when Caswell is aged 16-26. It is not clear what John's age is. I have not found Duilla/Drusilla on the 1810 census.

I am particularly looking for info about John Vaughan. I believe he was married to Milley ______, who appears as head of household on the 1820 census of Person Co., NC. I suspect that John Vaughan and Milley may be the parents of Elizabeth Vaughan, born between 1808-1811. Elizabeth was married to Jordan Suit, born 1806-1809 in Caswell Co., NC, son of John Suit (ca. 1775) and Sarah Bowles (ca. 1772-after 1830). Milley Vaughan was living next household to Jordan and Elizabeth Suit in Person County in 1830.

Does anyone have info on any of the people named above? Hints or clues?
