I have not found where Frank Marion Orr or his wives Alice Emaline Lewis and Mary Alice Jones are buried. They are not listed in the Gravestones of Pender County, NC Volumes 1-5, by Leora Hiatt McEachern.

I searched the book 'In My Neck of the Woods. The Lewis Family of Southeastern NC and Northeaster South Carolina, by J. D. Lewis, Page 244: Found that Alice Emaline Lewis was daughter of Simon Wright Lewis and Amanda Brinson and Simon's Parents were William Franklin Lewis and second wife Judith Croom. Alice had sisters and brothers Mary 1862, Simon Wright, Jr. b. 12/12/1862, William 1865, Florence 1866, John Washington b. 6/12/1868.

Tulley W. Orr showed in the 1845 Tax List, Page 128:
Lower Black River Section. Tully W. Orr 60 acres 1 free Poll 60 Value of Land and Total Tax due .95;
He also showed in the 1850 Federal New Hanover Census Page 68: T. W. Orr 35 MW Cooper NC, Mary M. 27FW NC, Huldy 1/12 FW NC.
Didn't find burial of Tulley or Mary Mott Orr.

His sister:
Huldah (B.10 Nov 1849 D.14 Jan 1932, Mother) is buried as you stated in the Wilton Cemetery beside Husband-G. W. Wilton (d.11 May 1917)(Probably could find a death certificate for her and him if you want) and son George Bertie, son of G. W. and H. C. Wilton (1874-1883)Gravestones of Pender County, NC Vol I by Leora Hiatt McEachern Page 16-17

His brother Fred B. Orr: 15 Jan. 1859-27Mar. 1939 same stone wife Hattie Moore Orr: 30 Aug. 1859 - 26 May 1935, beside stone Maudie Moore Orr: $ Mar. 1894 - 7 Oct 1894;

There were quite a few Orrs that lived in Montague area. The Lewis lived in Atkinson and some in Canetuck area.
I will keep my eyes open for Frank Marion Orr and wives Alice Emaline Lewis and Mary Alice Jones. If I come across anything, I'll let you know.
