I'm trying to contact Robert (Bob) Stokley, of Elizabeth City, NC. I found (online) some research done by Bob, and would like to correspond regarding research relating to the Pickett-Buchanan Camp of Confederate Veterans... But the only email address I can find for him (at adelphia.net) no longer works.
