I am searching for information on the Cahoon family of Pamlico County. My grandparents were James G. Silverthorne and Hannah Elizabeth Cahoon (b.9/14/1889, d. 1/13/1938). I know that she was married first to Alton Whorton Rawls. I also know the children from the marriages. Hannah E. Cahoon's parents were George Thomas Cahoon (b.1846, d. 1/2/1921) and Hannah Elizabeth Harris (b. 1849, d. 7/20/1928). That's all I have. Any further information would be appreciated. Were George and Hannah also from Pamlico County? I already have plenty of information of the Silverthornes.
