I'm looking for information on John Robert Whorton who married Charlotte Phipps. This is my gg-great grandfather. He had a son, Robert P. Whorton(born 2/28/1835), whom I'm told Whortonsville is named after. He married Ann Bryan Silverthorne.
I'm really trying to find out who John Robert Whorton's parents are. Thank you for any help that can be given.
