Searching for information relating to John Cook who married Elizabeth McCauley 4 January 1820, Orange County, North Carolina. Richard Thompson BM and J. Taylor, Jr. witness.
Did this couple leave NC and settle in Marshall County, MS?
The couple I am searching for had three sons that we know of and they were named John born 1821, Rufus born 1826 and Allison all born in NC. I will gladly share the information that I have.
