"Big James" Barnhill / Barnwell

I am researching the line of Big James Barnhill, who moved from N.Ireland to Penn. and then to Orange County, NC about 1765. About 1780 the family changed their name to Barnwell (probably just to complicate things for genealogists). I would like to correspond with others who have interest or knowledge of this line.
