John in Joseph Young's 1781 Will

I'm wondering if the John YOUNG mentioned in Joseph YOUNG's 1781 will in Orange County could possibly be my ancestor of the same name. My John YOUNG was born about the 1760s in VA or NC; married Susan Elizabeth PARKER; and somewhere in NC during the 1780s they had children Sarah, Bartheny, and possibly Betsey. John's brother Richard (born about 1766) may have been living with the family or nearby. About 1795 John and Richard YOUNG moved to Greenville District, SC. Does anyone have information about the John YOUNG mentioned in Joseph Young's 1781 Orange County, NC will?
