Orange Co. in 1700s-1800s, Quakers

Would like to contact someone in or near Orange Co., NC, who has knowledge of families in early days who lived there, as well as the Quaker community.
My interest is in the Riley-Whitaker-Horn combination in 1770-1800.
Also, I read somewhere that a group of Quakers from Orange Co., NC, moved to GA to build a settlement in that time frame. I wonder if there is a listing anywhere of those families who made that move.
Would appreciate any information about these topics. Please e-mail me.
