I have seen this information before, but am unsure of its validity. This shows Green being the son of Giles. However, unless their is a source document, I believe it just as likely that they were brothers. Giles had another son, Green C. Bowers born in TN years later. I find it hard to believe he would have named two sons Green unless the first had died in infancy. It would be nice to find all the children of Benjamin Bowers to clear things up.
