I have just posted a lot of info to my new website featuring the William Maynor family of Chatham & Moore Counties, NC beginning in 1850. Also included are kindred families of Ausley, Davis, Phillips, Fields, Short, Martindale and more! I am also including a lot of information on other related families of Adcock, Mangum, and Lunsford of Granville County, NC and Virginia.

Thomas Ausley of Chatham/Moore Counties, NC married Emeline Cates (daughter of Isiah and Rhoda Ray Cates of Orange County, NC). Their daughter, Amanda Ausley, married Lonnie C. Maynor in 1901 Durham, NC.
My hope is that I will connect with folks who are also researching these families and, finally, I will be able to jump over some of my major research brick walls! Sandy in NC
