Gillett's Farm On Pebbly Run, Onslow County, N.C. Union Grave

Hi,

My GG Grandfather, Adolph Grosmann was killed in action during a Civil War skirmish at Thomas Gillett's Farm on Pebbly Run, Onslow County, North Carolina on August 13, 1862. I'm trying to locate where Gillett's Farm stood, and find what's currently located on the spot. Additionally, would like to know what became of the dead and were they were laid to rest following the skirmish.

Thanks so much,
Annie
