Based on some new information I found, Rebeccah went with Alexander Henderson, her brother.
Here is the find/source I would like to share with you.

"Thomas Henderson of Onslow Co., NC presents a puzzle. He appears in county court records under that name by 1779, when he acquires property and is actively present until his death some before 1818, He has children Solomon, Alexander, Thomas, and Re Rebeckah, fide court records.
Complications begin in Onslow Deed Books, 0 (1818-19), where suits are recorded by the "legitimate children" of Jonas Solomon the elder of NJ, deceased. The suit states that "Jonas Solomon, otherwise called Thomas Henderson formerly of Monmouth Co., NJ and afterwards of Onslow Co., NC having died intestate leaving legitimate children, namely
(those suing, all of NJ)..." the case is apparently settled by Thomas Henderson's Onslow children Solomon, Alexander, Thomas, and Rebeckah or descendants, paying off those claimants with substantial sum of cash. So is Thomas Henderson of Onslow also Jonas Solomon of NJ? Or was perhaps a NJ wife of Thomas a Solomon? or what? As of now, it looks like the former case, where we shall leave it pending further clarification!(H. L.)"
Based on this accounting, RebecKah could not have gone to the AL with her father. She must have gone with her brother, alexander, and md. Mr. Drew there. She and Hosea must have gone separate ways. My notes have it that Hosea did not die till age 81. Does the will specify a relationship between Rebeckah and the Thomas Henderson?
Thanks for anything you can share.
