There may be more than one Hosea Williams from the same time frame however, The Hosea Williams who married Rebecca Henderson 6/27/1795 ( dau of Thomas, I believe): Rebecca died in Onslow. Hosea remarried but don't know his second wifes name. Hosea was alive in Onslow when he witnessed a deed for Nancy (Gray )King where she gives to her grandson Hosea Gray, son of Joseph C.Gray, her household belongings in 1837. I suspect Nancy and Hosea Williams are brother and sister.
