I have a little info. Sarah Watson was daughter of William Watson and Mildred Vann who were married in Gates Co., NC then they moved to Northampton Co. William Watson's father was a David Watson who was from Gates Co. but died in Northampton testate in 1806? I believe the Vanns and Watson's can be traced further in Gates Co., NC I hope this helps.
