The deed you are looking for occurrs in Northampton County Deed Book 10, pages 490-491 (Benjamin Tarver to Richard Parker). It was filed 20 June 1801.

The microfilm version of the deed is a bit light, but seems to be dated 1 August 1800.

The land is identified as that land that Benjamin Tarver bought from Andrew Tarver, and bounded:

"by the Lands of sd. Parker that he purchased of Heath & the Lands of Wm. Dancy also the Lands devised to sd. Parker by the Death of his father containing 100 acres"

It is witnessed by James Millikin and Benjamin Dancy. It was proved at Sept Court 1800.
