BUTLER and HENDERSON in Duplin 1780-1870

Repeating a plea first entered about 4-5 years ago:
Seeking help of anyone who may have information on the BUTLER
and HENDERSON families of New Hanover and Duplin. A Christopher BUTLER first acquired property in c1784 in the
Cypress Creek area of Duplin. This land stayed in the BUTLER
family until c1860. My Elijah, and his probable brother, Hezekiah, had property, perhaps a blacksmith shop, just over
into New Hanover. Elijah's daughter, my Mary Amanda, married
Jesse R HENDERSON from the area, c1852. Jesse died in VA during the CW. Trying to find Jesse's parents and confirmation of
Elijah's parents, and same for his wife, Lincey/Linzy. In the
1880 census, Lincey BUTLER was living with her son John
Thomas BUTLER, and his wife Mary Caroline PARKER BUTLER.
Any clues appreciated. Charlie Weaver, Winston-Salem, NC
