Hoping that the above Black female, whose death certificate
of 22 Dec 1952 in Battleboro, Nash, NC will lead to some
info of my WEELDON,WHILDEN,WHELDON/BROWN AA/Native family
line of SC, NC and VA.
I find that the STATON surname connects, but fail to find how.
LENA'S parents are listed as: ROSELLA and ALEXANDER WELDON.
ROSELLA and ALEXANDER are familiar given names in my family
line and I wonder if they could be listed under other spellings for the surname; I have found 26 spellings.
Can anyone help w/info?
