My great grandfather was James Benjamin Williams b. 13 March 1879. On Oct. 9, 1900, he married Lorenda Joyner b. 13 Oct. 1878.
James Benjamin Williams was the son of James Berry Williams b. @1845 and Matilda Alley b. 1854.
James Berry was the son of H. Blufort Williams and Mourning Williams (I don't have her maiden name.)
Any info more would be appreciated. I am interested in Matilda Alley because some records indicate that her father was unknown and some records refer to her as Matilda Flood.
