This is in reference to Mar. 1, 2007 post. I am researching the Holland Family of Edgecombe and Nash Co. NC.
Anna Eatman is the daughter of John and Ruth Eatman of Nash Co. NC. I think she was married to a James Holland prior to her marriage to Jethro Harrison. Holland died @ 1824. James and Anna had two children Louisa born @1814 d. 1861 and Henry born 1818 d. 1855. Louisa married first a Thomas Horn and them a Samuel Hasell(?). Louisa and Henry are buried in Choctaw Co. AL. Jethro Harrison had a prior marriage to Charity Eatman, Anna's sister. Charity and Jethro Harrison had a number of children. Anna and Jethro had two daughters Mary and Catherine (Kate). Kate is said to have married a Long and Mary a Brook. Anna and Jethro moved to Greene Co. AL. Anna I think died between 1833 and 1840. I have Jethro death as 1843. Can you confirm or provide additional information. ThanksI
