Is there a will or estate record for Benjamin King, Petersburg, Virginia, who died (possibly) in or after 1816, probably 1810-1820?

In 1816 Benjamin King of Petersburg, Dinwiddie County, Virginia, sold 350 acres to his nephew John King Hawks in Nash County, North Carolina, for one dollar. John King Hawks was born about 1779-80 in Virginia, so Benjamin King was probably born before 1780; there was a Benjamin King in the 1810 Federal Census, Petersburg, Dinwiddie County.

Other names possibly associated: Loderick F. Ellen, Sally King, Julian King, Miles King, Martha Hawks
