Richardson's in Nash County in 1790

I'm researching a William Richardson, Sr. you owned land (listed in deed books) in Nash County between 1765 and 1790. I'm trying to determine his connection with Thomas Richardson (also had land 1779) and James Richardson (who dispersed land in 1790 through a will). Has anyone there found a connection? Is James William's father? There is also a William, Jr. and I know that is one of William, Sr's sons (along with George, Nunan and John). Any help would be appreciated.
