Dear Ms. Fleming,

Finally purchased your book on Rocky Mount
Nash County. Found it very interesting, thanks
for making me aware of the book. I also sent a
copy to my two sisters.

I was born in 1955 at the old Parkview in
Rocky Mount, but I was raised and lived in
Spring Hope in Nash County. So, some of the
things in the book were familiar to me, while
others obviously were not.

I noticed you have other books that cover
mainly Rocky Mount. Do any of your books focus
on the 1950's and 1960's primarily, that was
the period of my childhood ?

Thanks for perserving our Southern Nash
County and Spring Hope history and culture.
You are our bard in many ways.

Bless You,

Leamond Anthony Allen
research areas: Southern Nash County,
Spring Hope,Rocky Mount, Momeyer, and Eastern North
