You're more than welcome, John. I dunno why, but there seems to be this law of the universe that says we're somehow bound to find out more about somebody ELSE's lineage than our own when we start researching. HA!!
Of course, before it's all over, watch us find out that I'm the HA(y)le and your cousins are the HOyles! ;-);-)

Meanwhile, I wonder how/why a Suffolk, VA, marriage wound up recorded by a District of Columbia clerk of court? Does that strike you as odd? Wonder was that CLARK residence in Suffolk or Washington? (and do you think this is where I should mention that my gr-grandfather's name was Archer CLARK HOyle? <g>)
