In the Name of God Amen. I ARCHD. HUNTER of Nash County and State of North Carolina being of sound and perfect mind and memory blessed to be God, this twenty first day of Decrember 1805 make and publish this my last will and testament in manner following that is to say, I give and bequeath to my beloved wife MARY HUNTER all my estate both real and personal to her and her heirs forever after paying all my just debts and I hereby make my worthy friend JOHN ARRINGTON and my beloved wife MARY HUNTER executors to this my last will and testament in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 21 day of December 1805

The foregoing will was duly proven in open court by the oath os SAMUEL WESTER, REDMUND BUNN and ALEXANDER HINES, all witnesses thereto and on motion ordered to be recorded and is treistered in obendience to the above order.
