Hi - Eldorado about 20 mi or so from Mt. Gilead. It is located along Hwy 109. If you know where Mt. Gilead is in Montgomery Co., NC, you head north from Mt. Gilead on Hwy 109, pass through Wadeville, pass through Troy, continue north on 109 & Eldorado is located around where Coggins Mine Road intersects 109. Its a small rural community - might have to ask someone around there for the exact area I've been there, but its been awhile back. Should you reach where Hwy 109 intersects with Hwy 49, you've gone too far. Eldorado is not far from Badin Lake area. The lake area is to the west of Eldorado. This was once a gold mining area.
