Update of Fly & Flythe Website

Hello Cousins,
Michael and I have updated the Fly and Flythe site on Rootsweb at
We have added two letters. One was written in 1857 by Alexander Flythe and the other in 1926 by his nephew Joseph Flythe. Thanks to Doug Pickett for sending copies of the letters!
For descendants of the three brothers who went to Tennessee, we have added a History of the Capps Family by Bessie L. Capps. There is also a new map at the beginning of the Early North Carolina folder. It shows very roughly where some of the very early Fly men lived.
Michael has added a search function. Enter the name of your ancestor and you should be able to find that section of the site easily.
Lastly, we corrected some typos that cousins pointed out to us.
We both hope you will enjoy this site!
Bonnie Flythe
