I am wondering if someone can help me. I'm looking for any information for the family of my ancestor, Jane Shaw of North Carolina (and Texas). Below is a family tree that I found on (I can't vouch for its authenticity), and it has the most information that I have seen on Jane and her forebears. It begins with her son, William Tucker Messer. It is as follows:

Spouse: Mathilda Jane Hunt
Father: James Bryant Messer
Mother: Jane Shaw

This is all that I have on the family. Its the best information that I've seen on this family (and the dates are half way decent). But, if someone can refute it, go right ahead. I hope that somebody has more information on Jane and her ancestors. Thank you for your time. The best.

Sincerely, Rick
