The following information was found on in the listing for Leo's mother Ella/Nellie Perrault. It does not, however, give the marriage date/place you are seeking.

Ella and Ludger's son LEO EUGENE PERRAULT was born June 11, 1887, Lima, Allen County, Ohio./Leo Eugene, 10608 Englewood Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio, a Traveling Salesman for Porto Rico American Cigar Company, headquartered in New York, New York, age 31 years, enlisted in US Army during World War One May 28, 1918, Honorable discharge January 28, 1919 as Sargeant./Leo Eugene married Kitty FRAKES and they resided in Asheville, North Carolina (as per brother William's 1932 obituary). 1930 Census shows Leo and Kitty (h&w) with no children, Asheville, Buncombe County, North Carolina. 1940 Census shows Leo E PERRAULT patient in US Veteran's Hospital, Bay Pines, Pinellas County, Florida, married, and notates Leo's 1935 residence had been Asheville, NC. 1945 Florida STATE Census shows Leo E. PERRAULT residence to be Pineallas County, Florida. (Leo PERRAULT death 1948 Miami, Dade County, Florida, may or may not be (Ella's son) Leo Eugene PERRAULT who was born June 11, 1887). Leo Eugene's wife Kitty, born Nov 02, 1889 in Colorado, died, a widow, March 27, 1986, in General Hospital/Attendant: Physician.
