Taylor family from North Carolina. Alfred Taylor b. North Carolina, listed in the 1850 census in McNairy Tennessee with Minerva age 21? Does anyone have information about this Alfred? We are looking for the father of Thomas N. Taylor born in Missouri 1851-1853. Mother, Manerva Bell was born in Alabama. Both were living in the household of Eliza Bell in Alcorn, Mississippi in the 1880 census. In the 1860 census he is listed in the home of his grandparents, David and Eliza Bell with his mother, Manerva (Manney) and a sister Ann E. who was about 10 years old. Thanks for your help.
