Richard,

Apparently she is not from the Accomac line, but from the Baltimore line. Her father was Moses Welborn and her mother Sarah Halbert. I found this at familysearch.org, but there appears to be some errors in the listing. It says she was born in 1822, married to Edward Smith in 1865, and died in 1856. There are several different listings showing different husbands, different dates, and different places. I just entered Savilla Welborn in the search for US, all states.
