I am searching for info on my GGGG Grandfather Joseph HARRIS, b. 1749/52, PA. He marr. Elizabeth CRIBB in Greene Co, GA in 1794. He had 3 ch. from previous marriage, Jesse b.1786, Topy b.1788, & Mary b.1790. He was a Rev. War soldier from Mecklenberg Co, NC. He lived on the 'waters of the Rocky River'. Joseph & Elizabeth's ch. were: Thomas b.1796, Sarah b.1800, Joseph, Jr b.1802 (my line), Walton b.1805, Nancy b.1807, & Elizabeth b.1812. Either Sarah or Nancy m. Salathiel Adams. Elizabeth m. Daniel Reidling. I would like to find out more on Joseph's parents & siblings. This line came from Wales. Other HARRIS' living in Mecklenberg Co, NC & Green Co, GA at same time as Joseph were Walton HARRIS (1739-1809), Charles HARRIS (d.1791) both Rev. War soldiers, possible brothers or cousins of Joseph.

Any help on ANY in this family greatly appreciated. You mail email me direct at address below.
