Followup regarding the will of John Hart dated july 24, 1798.
John Hart was born about 1727, perhaps in PA?
A John Hart is listed living in 1756, Charleston Dist. South Carolina. Could this be the same John Hart?

Not included in the 1798 will of John Hart is his wife Jane T (Maiden name unknown) born 1729, died Sept 14, 1793, buried in Ebenezer Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Rock Hill, York County, South Carolina and John's son Andrew Hart born 1766, died 1796 ands is also buried in Ebenezer Presbyterian Church Cemetery 3 plots away from his mother.

Son William listed in the will is also buried in Ebenezer Presbyterian Church Cemetery, age 56, born 1758, died Sep. 14, 1815.

Also John JR Hart, died 1825, buried 2 plots from his mother and next to his brother Andrew and a likely grandson Ebon Hart, 1772-Mar. 7, 1799.

Note: Andrew Hart could not have been a son of Thomas SR The Elder Hart and Hester Miles. They may however have been his grandparents. It is highly unlikely Hester Miles Hart bore and children at 73 years of age.

Wes Hart
