Wiley Lambert obituary lookup 1929

Wiley Lambert died Feb 22 1929, according to what information that I have found. He is buried in Bakersville and on the census of Mitchell co. but, I have not been able to locate a death certificate or death info for him. According to the census he was an attorney so I would have thought that he was well known enough to have some info somewhere. His son was a physician in Forsythe co and Lilly, wife of Wiley, death cert is in Forsythe. I have contacted the archives with no luck finding a death certificate for Wiley. Sometimes I found L. as a middle initial and sometimes a C. I also believe the son who was a DR. and Wiley himself may have been in Spruce Pine at some time. I need help finding what happen to this individual other than that he just disappeared and was buried.

I think he must have died and then Lilly went to live with her son-the Dr- in Winston Salem and she died 15 of Apr in 1956. The son Dr. Critz Fred Lambert died 15 of June 1972. They are all buried in Bakersville. I have tried Mitchell county with no responses to any request. Please help if you can.
