Does anyone regonize this watson family? James Watson was born 1790 in NC, according to the 1850 IN Census. He migrated to Rockcastle County in KY about 1811/12. He married a Polly Unknown in 1812 and raised a family there on Skeggs Creek, according to the 1820 Tax List for that area. He left KY about 1832 and moved to Lawrence County IN. From Lawrence County they moved to Brown County IN. I would like to find his parents or any cousins. I believe his first child is named after his grandfather due to the naming patterns of that time. His children were, Burell Jackson, b:1812, Elizabeth, b:1813, Uriah Hardin, b:1815, William Wade, b1818, Darius Matison, b:1820, Mary, b:1822, Nancy Mary, b:1824, Clearender, b:1827, Berlinda, b:1827, James Cyrus, b:1832 in IN. I am a descendant of Darius.
