Freda, Do you know where in Ky. Thomas Reynolds moved too?
Our area here in Eastern, Kentucky had a very famous Baptist Preacher,He was one of the very earliest pastors in the "Greenup Association Of Baptist Churches".His son Thomas Kelly Reynolds better known as T K.
Reynolds was also a Great Baptist Preacher, He served as moderator of the Greenup Association for 12 years.
I am no relation, but 2 years ago i did a 50 year History on Our Church, and I wish I had had the time to write about these "Great Men Of God", but i had to have it ready for our 50th. Aniversity. I copied the material about them, still hoping to do a follow.
This Thomas the Elder, Could very well be the Thomas Jr. who moved his family to Ky.
He had sons named John H.,Thomas K. William G.and Harvey. Possibly others.
If this is your Reynolds I would Like to here from you. It would be nice to place them with a family, instead of just born NC and moved here with his family. All the boys also were born in NC.
Happy Hunting,
Marcella Rye
