James, Joseph, Wm, and Geo Brotherton to Saml Pryor for $200 sold 150 ac on Beaverdam; granted Aug. 1787 to George Brotherton Sr and at his death the above are lawful heirs.
wit: David Lockman & Thomas PryorOct. 1821.
