I am hoping there is a male Havner out of this line that will participate in the Hefner/Heffner/Havner DNA project. Does anyone have good documentation about the father of David Havner born 1815 Lincoln Co died 08 Oct 1877 Wayne County, Iowa? Is he related to the Constable John Havner killed in the Walton War in 1804? Or is he related to Nicholas and Martin Hoffner/Havner or Melchoir Hefner in Lincoln County, 1800 census?
