I went to Lincolnton a couple months ago (sometime in 2005) and talked with Jason Harp about this and he says they are going to publish but have not had enough articles to fill the book. He said it should be published by the end of 2005. You can call him at the Lincolnton(or lincoln County ) Historical Society.
