I would think that Hebron has records. There is a web site "Lincoln county page of the N C gen web project"
Look at "Special Projects" and then "The NC Tombstome transcription projects". Hebron Church is listed as are all the tombstones.
Another source that may be helpful is in the Cleveland County Library in Shelby , N. C. There is a great book on the Hoyles "The Genealogy of Peiter Heyl and his descendants. 1100-1936" It is complied by Elizabeth Hoyle Rucker in 1938. It is a wonderful book. Good luck.
