These are the Lincoln Co. NC marriage bonds under the surname CRESMAN (and various spellings):
24 Sept. 1804 Abraham Cresman to Catharine Ingel, John Shell bondsman.
14 Sept. 1798 Joseph Stroup to Catharine Creasman, Daniel Reel bondsman
3 Sept. 1832 Turner Skidmore to Jane Creasman, Thomas Earwood bondsman
25 Aug. 1830 Thomas Earwood to Mary Creesman, Peter Smith bondsman
30 Aug. 1803 Jesse Low to Nancy Cresman, Conrad Cresman bondsman
4 Oct. 1796 John Shell to Elizabeth Cressman, Jacob Fox bondsman.

There is also a family in Lincoln Co. with the surname CREASEMORE (German Griesemer). From documentation I have in file on CREASEMORE I have tried not to mix any of their marriage bonds in with those on Cresman.

There are several family groups with the MOORE surname in Lincoln Co. I looked through what info I have in file on the different families, but did not see a WALLACE ALEXANDER MOORE.
