Looking for Brock relatives!

Edward A. Brock, (1817-?) shown on 1860 census as a blacksmith. Wife Catharine, and children James, Eleanor (or Sarah Eleanor) Rachel, John E., Stephen (my great-grandfather) Caroline, and his parents, Stephen and Rachel (Rhodes) Brock. [Bear Creek District]

Born in Duplin Co. and I don't know when he moved his family to Lenoir, but obviously before 1860.

The 1870 census shows Catharine as HOH, and two of the older children (James, Rachel,) are no longer in the home. A James, (3 yrs. of age) is now listed with the others. [ can't determine which district]

The 1880 census shows Stephen ( Overseer) as HOH with his mother, Sarah E., Caroline and James (listed as nephew) in Contentnea Neck, Lenoir Co.

Edward's grandfather was a Stephen Brock (Duplin Co.) Looking for his father or siblings.

Looking for descendents of Edward A. Brock's children.

Please respond!
