The Cedars house in Kinston circa 1904

Do any of you Kinston folks have info on a house named "The Cedars"? A posting from a 1906 newspaper says it was about 1 mile outside of town and was owned first by the Tull family and then the P.A. Hooker family. P. A. Hooker's wife, Annie Rue Barwick Hooker was a distant cousin. Info appreciated.
