I have relatives listed on 1900 census - John Thomas and wife C. E.(Christian Hughes) living in Jonesboro Township, Moore County, with children, Mattie, Glennie, Royal and Alton Lee Thomas. John Thomas was my ggrandfather; Royal was my grandfather; and I would be interested in knowing who John's parents were as well as parents of Christian Hughs/Hughes. John was supposedly born in Chatham and Christian in Moore.
