Hello,
Is there anyone on this list who can/will do lookups?
If so, I would appreciate some info on how getting a lookup is done - cost if any,etc. I am looking for information on Anthony Sweet, who was granted 200 acres in Johnston Co in 1756, "north of Neuse River and east of Mill Creek" according to the land grant record in the NC State Archives. I think he is my ancestor who later resided in Brittons Neck SC, near Marion, or he is probably related.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
