My research indicate that Drummond Carawan was a twin b. 1858. Father: William Alpheus Carawan and mother, Eleanor Sawyer. Mannan Marion Carawan b. 1792 d. abt 1851 and Rebecca McGowan (wife #2) b. 1804 d. abt 1851 had a son, James Green Carawan b. 6/29/1840.
My gr grandmother is Nancy Carawan, her father was James Green Carawan and her mother was Hannah.
