Mill Pond Cemetery and Brick House across the street

Does anyone have or know of any information about the two story brick house across the street (on Grand View) on the south side of Mill Pond Cemetery. It appears to be very old and surely looks like it would have a story to tell. Being so close to the cemetery, I wondered if there was a connection.
