N.C. - Blacksmith; Wife - Nancy B. (Grant) - age 41 - b. N.C.; son - Wilburn - age 23 - b. N.C. - farmhand; son - Monteville J. - age 20 - b. N.C. - farmhand; Daughter - Mary Louisa - age 16 - b. N.C.; Daughter - Roxella - age 15 - b. N.C.; Daughter - Clarissa J. - age 14 - b. N.C.; Son - David "Doctor" - age 12 - b. N.C.; Daughter - Laura - age 9 - b. N.C.; Daughter - Martha - age 8 - b. N.C.; Son - Walter - age 5 - b. N.C.; Daughter - Effie - age 4 - b. N.C. Could the Monteville J. Davis be your M.J. Davis?
